CLW Canton provides opportunities to our participants to build skills and make money. No matter where you are at in your journey CLW Canton has something for you!  Whether you want to work towards community employment or are happy being in a more supportive environment, CLW Canton is the place to be. We currently serve over 60 participants at our spacious location and build services around your goals. We provide training using the "I Can Work" and "Step Up" curriculums which cover a variety of topics. Our in-house work opportunities vary and include secure document shredding, light assembly, repackaging, cycle testing, sorting and inspecting, janitorial, shipping and receiving and quality control. Participants can earn an income while developing work and social skills at a pace that is tailored to them. We also offer a safe and comfortable space for those who are interested in socializing and making friends through community relationship building, activities, and outings.

Jennie Msangi
Senior Administrator


Jennie has made a life-time commitment to serving individuals with developmental disabilities. She has over 40 years of experience and has held leadership positions in several County Board programs. She has been with CLW for 8 years and not only provides oversight to both the Akron and Canton locations but is also a member of the CLW Quality Assurance Team. At home she is a wife, mother and grandmother and enjoys spending time with family.
