CLW Newbury is located right in the heart of Geauga County. We provide vocational, community employment and transportation services to our individuals. We serve a wide range of individuals ranging from mild to profound developmental disabilities.  We are not your typical workshop environment. Our building is full of bright colors and we have a variety of jobs for our individuals to participate in on a daily basis.

We believe that if you love what you do then it isn’t really work at all. Our energetic staff are ready to assist our individuals with developing their job skills, personal skills and most of all, assisting the individual with learning about themselves and their strengths and abilities. We take pride in our capability to provide work for our individuals that challenges them to learn a new skill while still allowing them to earn a paycheck. We love to see our individuals excel at their jobs and enjoy what they do, and we strive to give each individual as many opportunities as possible while still making it fun!

As the Administrator of CLW Newbury, Heather brings 8 years of experience working in the field of developmental disabilities in both residential and day programing.

Learning new things, finding new opportunities, and working together is what drives Heather and her team in Newbury!  It is both the staff and nearly 40 clients that make Newbury what it is and why it is such a fantastic place to work and grow.

Heather's passion is making a difference in the lives of the clients she serves and ensuring they meet their goals.  Heather has forged a bond with both clients and staff that fosters trust, meaningfulness, and respect.
