CLW Lisbon - continuing to work toward Independence.

CLW Lisbon first opened its' doors in 2016. Since then, CLW has been a trusted partner for people with disabilities, their families, the county board and others within their support system.  At CLW Lisbon we work to provide our clients with a a varied and broad list of services to improve their access to the community, foster independence, provide vocational services to develop job readiness skills, develop behavioral support strategies and much more!

CLW utilizes advanced industry-specific software to provide a continually changing and individually-tailored curriculum, as well as activities for social, emotional, and occupational development.  We meet monthly with our clients to discuss what they want on our calendar.  This promotes inclusion and the ability for clients to express their desires and interests and ultimately help shape our program.

The physical location is a large open area that allows staff to move between groups with ease and assist clients whenever needed. We serve individuals ranging from mild to the profoundly developmentally disabled. We are dedicated to our clients achieving the most out of their experience here at the CLW Lisbon. We are also trained to handle the most medically fragile individuals. We offer a 6-hour program and transportation services. We are open Monday through Friday from 8am to 4pm.
