Akron Location 

CLW Akron continues to expand and grow! We have relocated to a larger facility and are providing services at our new location effective August 4th 2025! Here, we will further provide quality services to current and new individuals, looking for a full-time day program option that creates person-centered experiences based on individual goals and interests.

CLW Akron provides training using the Step-Up Curriculum with topics that range from preparing meals to bird watching. In addition, individuals are provided opportunities to engage in fun and exciting community outings and adventures to expand social skills, provide volunteer opportunities, and interact with local community members.  CLW Akron also provides in-house work opportunities for our participants that are interested in growing their vocational skills.

Tiffani (Fani) Delarosa-Kinney
Akron Administrator


Fani joined CLW in 2026. She is a highly organized and empathetic administrator with over 15 years of experience and a proven track record of managing community development, day services, and residential programs.

Known for fostering collaborative relationships between staff, families, and community partners, her focus is on creating innovative, person-centered programs that promote independence.

Fani specializes in enhancing the quality of life for people with disabilities through advocacy, compliance, and compassionate leadership. She enjoys helping others to create memories by helping them gain experiences in the community and beyond.
