Heather Collinsworth is our February 2026 Employee of the Month!

HEATHER HAS BEEN WITH CLW FOR 4 YEARS SHE STARTED OUT AS "THE NURSE" AS THE PARTICIPANTS CALL HER. HEATHER HAS BEEN THE ADMINISTRATOR AND NURSE HERE FOR 2 YEARS AND HAS BEEN CRUSHING HER POSITIONS.

HERE ARE A FEW THINGS THAT HEATHER'S PEERS HAVE SAID ABOUT HER:

Heather is kindhearted. She cares very deeply about her participants and her staff. Heather will go above and beyond to support the team and participants she serves. She works late and even comes in on weekends to ensure her building is top notch. Heather will give the shirt off her back for anyone in need.

Her dedication and hard work ensure that her participants are safe and well cared for along with her staff. Heather has a very caring heart and soul. She goes above and beyond for us. She helps where she needs to be. She has one of the bests hearts. She is always thinking of her staff and makes sure we are good and have everything we need for our job. She does everything she can for us whether its job related or real life.

BESTEST HEART EVER.

Heather always goes above and beyond for her staff and participants. Going above and beyond to make sure her participants are cared for at work as well as in their home. She will always stand up for the rights of the participants and workers.

Heather exudes teamwork, positivity, empathy, compassion, and an all-around love for her job. Not only is Heather an administrator, but a mentor, nurse cpr/first aide instructor working towards her pmt instructor. Heather is a boss who isn’t afraid to do a job that she asks others to do. Heather goes above and beyond with her dedication to CLW. Heather is always looking for ways to improve training, team building, morale, marketing, and ways to expand her knowledge to help the company grow and flourish to its best version. Heather went to another location to train their new administrator so they can run their building as efficiently as she does.

Heather will provide gifts for the participants and staff on their birthday or if something happens, she will see what she can do to help. She once helped a former staff member with issues concerning the staff member’s home situation. She’s just an amazing person inside and out.

Additionally, we want her to know that she has been consistently nominated each month since EOM has started company wide.
